Maintenance Guide
Care & Maintenance
F7 Quartz is engineered for durability, but a little routine care will keep your countertops beautiful for decades. This guide covers everything you need to know.

- check Wipe down with a soft cloth or sponge dampened with warm water and mild dish soap.
- check Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
- check For sticky residue, let warm soapy water sit for a few minutes to soften before wiping.
- check Avoid leaving standing water or liquids for extended periods, particularly near seams.
- check Use coasters under glasses and trivets under hot pots and pans.
2 Stain Removal Guide
| Stain Type | Recommended Treatment | Avoid |
|---|---|---|
| Coffee / Tea | Warm soapy water; glass cleaner for dried stains | Bleach or abrasive scrubbers |
| Red Wine | Blot immediately; diluted isopropyl alcohol if needed | Letting it dry and then scrubbing hard |
| Grease / Oil | Degreasing dish soap; let sit 2–3 min then wipe | Oil-based cleaners that can leave residue |
| Dried Food | Soak with warm water; plastic scraper at low angle | Metal scrapers or knives |
| Ink / Marker | Isopropyl alcohol on a cloth; rinse after | Acetone (nail polish remover) — can dull finish |
| Paint | Isopropyl alcohol while wet; mineral spirits when dry (rinse well) | Paint thinner or harsh solvents |
| Rust | Non-abrasive rust remover; rinse thoroughly | Acidic cleaners left in contact too long |

4 Monthly Deep Cleaning
Once a month, give your countertops a deeper clean to remove mineral buildup and restore shine:
- 1
Clear the surface
Remove all appliances and items from the countertop.
- 2
Apply cleaner
Spray a non-abrasive stone or quartz cleaner (like Bar Keepers Friend Soft Cleanser or a dedicated quartz cleaner) evenly across the surface.
- 3
Let it work
Allow the cleaner to sit for 3–5 minutes to penetrate and loosen buildup.
- 4
Scrub gently
Using a soft, damp sponge or non-scratch pad, scrub in circular motions. Pay extra attention to areas near the sink.
- 5
Rinse thoroughly
Wipe away all cleaner residue with a clean cloth dampened with plain water. Repeat if needed.
- 6
Dry and buff
Dry with a soft microfiber towel to restore surface shine and prevent water spots.
